Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are sent by USPS first class mail with tracking. Orders over $200.00 will be shipped via priority mail with signature required upon delivery. Other arrangements may be made by calling our customer service department at (720) 684-6100 before the product has shipped.

International shipments are accepted. However, as the customer you are responsible for knowing and following the laws and regulations regarding shipment of hemp oils to your country. Restorative Botanicals, LLC is not liable in the event your order is undeliverable due to local laws, inadequate customs documentation, failure to pay customs duties or other considerations involved in shipping to destinations outside of the United States.

Sorry, due to Canadian laws, shipping to Canada is not available.

When placing orders on line, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Undeliverable or returned packages will be reshipped once the corrected delivery information has been provided.

Restorative Botanicals, LLC provides tracking numbers for all packages shipped. If your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email to track the last known location of your package. If you are unable to determine the location of your package please contact our customer service department at (720) 684-6100 and we will be happy to assist you. If the package cannot be located your order will be reshipped. Our customer service department will work with you should this be necessary.



Please note that Restorative Botanicals Restore PURE™, Restore CALM™, Restore CELL Defense™, Restore WHOLE Body Health™, Restore BALANCE™, 4PAWS™ Pet Blend and Bolder Caramels™ are all perishable food products and cannot be resold if they are returned.

All Restorative Botanicals Products:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by calling our customer service department at (720) 684-6100. After obtaining this number, simply return the product(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box within 14 days of receipt of the product to receive a purchase price refund less shipping and processing fees*.

Opened products of 1 fluid ounce or less are refundable* within 14 days of purchase with a RMA number.

Opened products are non-refundable after 14 days from receipt.

Unopened products returned within 14 days of receipt and that are 4 ounces or less in size require a RMA number*.

Products that are larger than 4 fluid ounces are non-refundable.

Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer.

* Orders of 4 fluid ounces (120ml) or more of any Restorative Botanicals products are non-refundable but will be insured in case of damage during shipping.

* Customers are responsible for a 15% processing fee and all shipping costs for returned items.

* No opened items larger than 1 fluid ounce will be accepted for return unless they are defective and are accompanied with a Restorative Botanicals customer service issued RMA number.

* No items will be accepted for return after 14 days of receipt of products.
